Job opening: part-time sales rep, Discover T&T

Hiring: part-time, Tobago-based sales representative for Discover Trinidad & Tobago


Looking for new opportunities? Do you live in Tobago? MEP currently has an opening for a part-time Sales & Marketing Representative for our flagship travel magazine, Discover Trinidad & Tobago!

Responsibilities include selling both in print and online, and servicing clients based in Tobago as well as international clients with interests in Tobago.


Job requirements

  Candidate must be resident in Tobago, and be able/willing to work part-time
A passion for Discover Trinidad & Tobago, a patient and persistent drive to succeed, and excellent interpersonal skills
  A driver’s licence and a car
  Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – and strong organisational skills
Computer literacy with competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with Apple Macintosh computers an asset
  Understanding of and interest in web advertising a strong plus
  Previous successful sales experience is a great asset but not essential, and training will be provided if necessary
