Keep up the tempo

The Barbados Advocate reports today on the Bimshire edition of “Caribbean Rising”, the concert series promoting MTV’s new Caribbean music channel, Tempo.

The showstoppers were internationally acclaimed Rupee and Def Jam recording artiste Rihanna who wowed the crowed with her good looks, impressive dance steps and new tracks from her album Music of the Sun.

Look out for an interview with MTV’s Frederick Morton, who’s been spearheading the development of Tempo, in the forthcoming November/December issue of Caribbean Beat.
