Tobago Fashion Coda 2014

Promising fashion, food and entertainment as a complement to the Tobago Jazz Experience, the Tobago Fashion Coda unfolds at the Magdelena Grand Beach and Golf Resort on Thursday 24th April. What event promoters are describing as a premium all-inclusive experience showcases not only fashion, but also the best of Tobagonian gourmet delights provided by the Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute.

The main fashion show is designed to be a dynamic mix of the best in fashion from celebrated local designers, including Tobago-based designers — Delia Alleyne, Kaj Designs with jewellery designers Koko Karibi Designs and Monika Schenkel — alongside Trinidad-based designers like Peter Elias Designs, Heather Jones Designs, Christian Boucaud Designs, NOOR, Millhouse Menswear, Ecliff Elie, Shaun Griffith-Perez, Saleem Samuel and Claudia Pegus Designs.

The action began today with the launch of a pop-up shop showcasing new designs from the events’ designers. It will be open again on Friday 25th April from 1pm to 6pm, and for two hours immediately following the show at the Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort’s Jacobin Room.

Tickets are TT$800 and are available in Tobago at Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort, Renmar’s, Time 2 Wine, and in Trinidad at Peter Elias stores at West Mall and Ellerslie Plaza, Claudia Pegus Designs, Advanced Dynamics, House of Jaipur, as well as www.islandetickets.com.
